Getting Started with AUTOBIZ
This guide walks you through creating your account, connecting your WhatsApp Business number, and deploying your first AI agent.
1. Create Your Account
Visit the Sign Up page and create your AUTOBIZ account. You will need:
- A valid email address
- Your business name
- A secure password
Once registered, you will receive a verification email. Click the link to activate your account and access the dashboard.
2. Connect WhatsApp Business
After logging into your dashboard, connecting your WhatsApp Business account takes less than 2 minutes:
- Navigate to Settings → Integration in your dashboard
- Click Connect WhatsApp
- Log in to your WhatsApp Business account and authorize AUTOBIZ
That's it! AUTOBIZ uses the official Meta API, so there's zero banning risk and we handle all the technical configuration behind the scenes.
3. Set Up Your AI Agent
Navigate to AI Agent → Setup Wizard to configure your AI agent through an interactive chat-based experience.
The wizard will ask you about:
- Your business type and industry
- Products and services you offer
- Pricing and availability
- Business policies (returns, refunds, etc.)
- Operating hours and scheduling rules
The AI learns from your responses and creates a comprehensive profile that powers accurate, business-specific conversations with your customers.
4. Test Your Agent
Use the built-in Test Agent feature in your dashboard to simulate customer conversations before going live. This allows you to:
- Verify product information accuracy
- Test appointment booking flows
- Check order processing capabilities
- Fine-tune response tone and style
5. Go Live
Once you are satisfied with your AI agent's performance, make sure your credits are topped up and your WhatsApp is connected. Your AI agent will automatically handle all incoming customer messages 24/7.
