What are credits?
Credits are the universal currency of AUTOBIZ. They are consumed when your AI agent processes messages, sends OTP verifications, runs campaigns, and powers other platform services. You can top up credits anytime.
How are credits consumed?
Credits are consumed based on AI processing usage — the more complex the conversation, the more credits used. Simple responses use fewer credits than complex multi-turn conversations. OTP verifications and system alerts also consume credits.
What's the difference between PAYG and packages?
Pay-As-You-Go lets you top up any custom amount starting from Rs. 1,000. Packages offer pre-set credit bundles optimized for different business sizes, with estimated message capacities to help you plan.
Do credits expire?
Credits remain valid as long as your balance stays above Rs. 5,000. If your balance drops below this threshold, a 30-day validity countdown begins. Top up to Rs. 5,000 or more to reset the clock.
