By accessing or using the AUTOBIZ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

AUTOBIZ provides an AI-powered business automation platform that enables businesses to deploy intelligent agents across messaging channels. The service includes AI conversation management, product catalog integration, order processing, appointment scheduling, and analytics.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account with unauthorized individuals
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credit System & Billing

  • AUTOBIZ operates on a pre-paid credit system
  • Credits are consumed based on AI processing usage
  • Credit prices may be updated with prior notice
  • Unused credits remain valid while your account is active
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AUTOBIZ to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without consent
  • Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent materials
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to access other users' data or systems
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the platform's technology

6. Intellectual Property

AUTOBIZ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AUTOBIZ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by external factors including messaging platform outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

AUTOBIZ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
