- Circumvent any security measures or access controls
- Use the platform for any activity related to illegal goods or services
3. Messaging Guidelines
- Only message customers who have opted in to receive communications
- Respect WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram platform policies
- Provide clear opt-out mechanisms for marketing messages
- Maintain honest and transparent business practices in all communications
4. AI Agent Conduct
- Do not train your AI agent to provide false or misleading information
- Do not use the AI to impersonate real individuals or organizations
- Ensure your AI agent discloses it is an automated system when asked
- Review and correct AI responses that contain inaccurate information
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning notification
- Temporary suspension of AI agent services
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of remaining credits
- Reporting to relevant authorities if applicable
