Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit Refunds
AUTOBIZ operates on a pre-paid credit system. Credit refund eligibility depends on the following conditions:
- Unused Credits: If you have not used any purchased credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially Used Credits: Refunds for partially used credit packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Used Credits: Credits that have been consumed through AI processing or other platform services are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@autobiz.lk with your refund request
- Include your account email and transaction details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
3. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your AUTOBIZ account at any time. Upon cancellation:
- AI agent processing will stop immediately
- You may request an export of your data within 30 days
- Remaining unused credits may be eligible for refund per the conditions above
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Account suspensions due to terms of service violations
- Credits consumed through normal platform usage
- Service disruptions caused by third-party platform outages
