The Smart Catalog feature allows your AI to automatically share product information with customers. When enabled:
- AI searches your product database when customers ask about items
- Product images, descriptions, and prices are shared via WhatsApp
- Links to your online store are included for easy purchasing
- Stock availability is checked in real-time
Order Management
Enable the AI to process orders directly through conversation:
- Customers can place orders via chat
- Order confirmations are sent automatically
- Status updates are provided on request
- Post-purchase support is handled by the AI
AI Controls
Fine-tune your AI agent's behavior through the AI Controls panel in your dashboard:
