Low Balance Notifications & Rollover Protection
Never miss an urgent customer lead due to an unexpected balance depletion:
When your prepaid wallet reaches low thresholds, AutoBiz sends an alert directly to the merchant's registered WhatsApp number with top-up instructions so your customer service continues uninterrupted.
Standard packages renew every 30 days. When you top up your package at the end of the month, any remaining balance rolls over seamlessly. Pay As You Go balances roll over indefinitely as long as an active Rs. 5,000 balance is maintained.
