AUTOBIZ uses a transparent, credit-based billing system. This guide explains how credits work and how to manage your balance.
How Credits Work
Credits are the universal currency on the AUTOBIZ platform. They are consumed whenever your AI agent processes a conversation or performs an action.
Credit Consumption
- AI Conversations — Credits are consumed based on the complexity and length of AI interactions
- System Notifications — OTP verification and system alerts use credits
- Advanced Features — Some premium features may have additional credit costs
Universal Credit (PAYG)
The Pay-As-You-Go model gives you complete flexibility:
- No monthly subscriptions or commitments
- Purchase credits in any amount
- Credits remain active as long as your balance stays above Rs. 5,000 — otherwise credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
- Usage is deducted from your Universal Credit balance first
Topping Up
To add credits to your account:
- Navigate to Billing in your dashboard
- Click Top Up Credits
- Select or enter the amount you wish to purchase
- Complete the payment process
- Credits are added to your balance instantly
Usage Tracking
Monitor your credit usage in real-time:
- Dashboard Overview — See your current balance at a glance
- Transaction Ledger — Detailed log of all credit transactions
- Usage Breakdown — See which services consume the most credits
- Date Filtering — Filter transactions by date range
Low Balance Alerts
AUTOBIZ will notify you when your credit balance is running low. You can configure alert thresholds in your billing settings to ensure uninterrupted service.
What Happens When Credits Run Out?
When your credit balance reaches zero:
- AI agent stops processing new conversations
- Existing conversations can still be handled manually by your team
- Dashboard and settings remain fully accessible
- Top up credits to resume AI processing immediately
