Setup & Configuration

Yes. During setup, you can define the communication style, language preferences, and tone of your AI agent. You can also fine-tune these settings at any time from the AI Controls panel.
The AI only responds based on the knowledge you provide during setup and through your knowledge base. You can update and correct this information at any time, and the AI will immediately reflect the changes.
Billing
Credits are consumed based on AI processing usage. Each conversation interaction uses a certain number of credits depending on complexity. You purchase credits upfront and they are deducted as your AI agent operates.
Credits remain active as long as your balance stays above Rs. 5,000. If your balance drops below this threshold, a 30-day validity period applies. Top up to Rs. 5,000 or more to keep credits indefinitely.
Your AI agent pauses automated responses. Your team can still manually respond to messages. Simply top up credits to resume AI automation instantly.
